Dr. Cong Anthony Nguyen
Dr. Anthony attended the University of South Florida to earn his bachelor of science degree. He then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS) from The Ohio State University.
He continues to advance his expertise in the field of dentistry through numerous continuing education programs. He is passionate about staying up to date on the latest topics in the dental field by attending numerous continuing education courses throughout the year to better serve his patients. He particularly enjoys using modern dental technologies to help achieve the results our patients desires and improve their oral health. He takes pride in educating patients on their oral health so that they can better optimize their overall health and wellness.
Coursework include, but not limited to:
- The Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Education
- The MOD Institute for digital dentistry
- Implant Pathway for advanced training in placing
Dr. Anthony is married with two young children, Ethan and Aria, and a Dachshund named Toby. When not caring for patients at the office, Dr. Anthony loves spending his time with his wife and children, and also enjoys motorsports.
Dr. Chi Nguyen
(Retired)
Dr. Chi Nguyen received his bachelor of science degree from Florida State University and attended The Ohio State University where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
Dr. Nguyen is married and has three children, one son and two daughters. His oldest son is Dr. Anthony. His second child, Cecelia is a plastic surgeon residing in Denver, CO and the youngest daughter, Gabrielle is attending The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Dr. Nguyen and his wife also raise two dogs at home, a Shih Tzu named Max, and a Maltese named Meeko.
In his free time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys skiing, golfing, traveling, and eating, and is an avid Buckeye fan.
Janet , RDH
Dental Hygienist
Janet attended Hillsborough Community College and has been with A Family Dentist since 2006. She says she is doubly blessed because she not only gets to work with a great team, but also enjoys interacting with our patients and helping each enjoy the best possible oral health.
Janet is a native of Jacksonville and is a lifelong tennis player. In their free time, she and her husband also enjoy checking out nearby bike trails to ride.
Alex , RDH
Alex is a dedicated dental hygienist with many years of clinical experience. Known for her gentle touch and calming presence, she consistently makes patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Outside the office, Alex enjoys spending quality time with her family. Patients frequently rave about her kindness, thoroughness, and ability to make every visit a positive experience.
Olga
Expanded Functions Dental assistant
Olga proudly hails from Colombia and has spent much of her time in Charlotte, North Carolina. She made the move to Florida to be closer to family and has been a welcome addition to our team! Patients love her caring chair side manner, sense of humor, and friendly personality! She also makes the best Arepas, a traditional Colombian corn cake.
Juselly , Dental Assistant
Juselly has extensive experience in the dental field from her native home country Venezuela and has been a fantastic addition to our team! With a knack for attention to detail and caring demeanor, she will make you feel at ease in our office.

Lauren is born and raised in Brandon, FL and is always happy to help with making your visit as smooth and easy as can be! She will be one of the first smiling faces you'll meet as you are greeted into our office! She is also a big fan of the USF Basketball team, Go Bulls!

Dr. Nguyen and his complete staff are very competent. I have been a patient for over five years, and feel that I get the best care. They give the time I need for any discussion regarding treatment and/or any questions. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful.
